For Clubs, Societies or Organisations wishing to raise funds for their own, or other specific causes, we are happy to offer our extensive range of Talks for this purpose. Those listed under our 90 mins and 120 mins duration in our Talks List are particularly suitable and are geared to suit a mixed audience.

We have a full range of Presenting Equipment suitable for large venues including screens and sound system if required and can normally connect to in-house PA systems if necessary.

We can offer, free of charge, a certain amount of promotional "listing" on our website but other than that all arrangements, venue hire, leafleting, advertising etc are the direct responsibility of the promoting society.

We would request table space to allow us to offer our books and some prints for sale beforehand and during the interval. We require about 60mins min to set-up although break-down afterwards is much quicker.

Dependent on the occasion, venue, Talk duration and anticipated audience size we are happy to negotiate terms based on either a "fee" or a ticket split basis if preferred.
